What is KYVE in short I will tell. KYVE is a decentralized data archiving protocol. It is a next generation protocol that standardizes, validates and stores data streams.

The main problem with current blockchains is the ever-growing amount of information. The more information is stored in the blockchain, the more expensive and more difficult it is to interact with it. KYVE allows you to store and retrieve information from blockchains instantly. And this, in turn, helps and simplifies the work of applications when interacting with blockchain data.

Mission Korellia

The testnet started on May 2, 2022 and will last for 2 months. Estimated end date of the event is July 2, 2022.

Activities are divided into 3 groups: Design, Community, Engineering. By completing tasks from each section, we earn points, points. At the end of the testnet, the pool of rewards will be distributed among the TOP-10000 rankings depending on your position in the leaderboard.

List of all activities:

Design:

Create a video tutorial (max 2 how-to videos per participant),
1500 points per video
Create a video intro (max 2 intro videos per participant),
1500 points per video
Create funny content (max 5 memes per participant, guide),
150 points per content;
Create learning content (max 2 explaining items per participant),
500 points per content.
Community:

Subscribe to KYVENetwork twitter (guide on linking a Twitter account),
100 points total;
Retweet the last tweet
40 points per retweet;
Like the last post
40 points per like;
Claim test KYVE tokens using the Korellia Wheel (1 time per day),
1/5/10 points per spin;
Claim test KYVE tokens using Twitter (one-time, guide),
150 points total;
Claim test KYVE tokens using Discord (1 time per day),
20 points per claim.
engineering:

Vote in proposal (guide),
10 points per vote;
Delegate tokens via DApp (guide),
150 points max;
Sponsor a pool (guide),
50 points max;
Stake tokens using a node (guide),
130 points max;
Be the chosen loader (only for nodes, depends on luck),
50 points per bundle
Vote as a validator (only for nodes, depends on the crookedness of the hands),
1 point per correct vote.
Bug-hunting:

Find bugs and report them to the team in the discord,
There is no specific reward, it depends on the weight of the error.

Now about the awards.

There are 2 pools: pool A and pool B.

Pool A will share the TOP-5000 leaderboard (from 1st to 5000th place);
Pool B will be divided into the TOP-10000 leaderboard (from 1st to 10000th place).
The reward will depend on your position in the ranking, obviously.

2% (20k tokens) allocated from the total supply of tokens.

Of these 20 million tokens: pools A and B will share 5kk each, and the team delegates the remaining 10kk tokens TOP-2500 or TOP-5000 in the mainnet.

That is, being 187th in the rating table, you will receive part of the reward from pool A, part of the reward from pool B, and another delegation in the mainnet. Taking 6537th place — only a few tokens from pool B.

Here, in fact, the main rules of the game in this event. To take part or not, everyone decides for himself, but for now we proceed directly to participation.

Brief instructions for the mission

First of all, of course, we must link the wallet to app.kyve.network. Open the DApp to connect your Keplr to the site and start earning points:

The site has several sections. We are interested in everything, so click and explore. Maybe you can find a bug.

First of all, I suggest requesting test tokens in the faucet, which we will need in the future anyway to get the first points.

Chapter Korellia Profile

In the same section, you can see your rewards for early-birds. To get any of these badges, you had to join the testnet before the start of the incentive.

There are some problems with the display of badges, they know about it and fix it. Everyone will get what they deserve. Be patient and don’t spam in chats and discords.

This is in short, look study my young friend. To perform or not everyone decides for himself. But I would advise you to do this testnet. Hugs to everyone, see you soon.
